2. Product Characteristics:
- Our yoga props are crafted from pine wood, carefully chosen to combine quality and lightweightness, essential for ease of use and portability in yoga practice.
- Pine is a softer wood, and small dents (up to a few millimeters) may occur during the manufacturing process.
- These minor imperfections are a normal part of our products and do not affect their structural integrity, functionality, or suitability for yoga practice.
3. Refund Process for Shipping Damage:
- Refunds are only issued for significant damage that occurs during shipping, not for minor imperfections resulting from the manufacturing process.
- Shipping damage refers to substantial structural issues, large dents, cracks, or breaks that are clearly beyond the normal manufacturing variations and could affect the prop's use in yoga.
- Customers must notify us and provide clear photos/videos documenting the damage on the day of delivery.
- We will review each case to confirm eligibility. If shipping damage is verified, a refund for both the product cost and original shipping costs will be issued.
4. No product return required:
- In cases of verified shipping damage, refunds are processed based on submitted evidence without requiring physical return of the product, protecting customers from high return shipping costs.
5. No refunds or returns for any other reason:
- All sales are final for undamaged products and products with only minor manufacturing imperfections as described above.
