The crossbars on the "B" sides are shifted half a step further away from the cover compared to the crossbars on the "A" sides. This unique feature allows you to progress at your own pace.
Here's how it works: Start by holding onto any of the crossbars on the "A" sides, finding a comfortable stretch. When you're ready to deepen the stretch, simply rotate the device 90 degrees and reach out to grab the next sequential crossbar on the "B" sides.
